Important things to know
- Admission/Entry to Monorail Palm Jumeirah & Abra Boat Ride are only available to Full Day Tours Booking.
- Admission/Entry to Burj kalifa, Burj al Arab, Future museum & Ain Dubai are not inluded.
- All pick-up locations must be within Dubai or else extra charges may apply.
- Timing for pickup will be informed by our agent (shared vehicle timing will be modified by 30 to 60 min as per the pick-up location).
- Breakfast/lunch is not included in this activity.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Cancellation made 24 Hours before Tour departure time no charges will be applied.
- If any Cancellation is made within 24 hours of your Tour departure time then will be charged the full amount (100% of your package).
- Eligible Customer for Refund, your amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days
Age Policy
- Children over the age of 12 are considered as adult
- Age of children is 3-12 years
- Below 3 year old is considered as an infant (free of cost)

- Vehicle capacity is restricted according to the latest guidelines.
- It is the guest's responsibility to wear the mask all the time except when consuming food and drinks. we (Big Dunes Tours) are not responsible for any penalties issued by a law enforcer.
- Activity can be modified without any prior notice due to local regulation.
- Our staff is instructed to practice social distancing.
